Is expedited service available?

Yes, we do. We have expedited service available with additional fees. The Logo or Stationery design concepts can be ready within 24 hours. The Website or Brochure design concepts can be ready within 48 hours.


How do you know what kind of design I want?

Please describe your design ideas, requirements, or expectations in details in the Design Specification during the order process. Each different graphic design (Logo, Stationery, Website, or Brochure) has its own design specification.

The specification needs the information regarding business/service/product type, wording for the design, color or design style preference and any special notes you would like us to consider.

You will also be able to upload files or images that you would like us to incorporate into the design.

If you'd like to create a sketch of the design that you have in mind, you may fax it to us or scan the sketch and email it to us. Our customers are amazed when they see their simple sketches become professional designs.


What is the order process?

Our order process is quick and easy. You may order all designs on-line at any time. Here is a quick view of the order process:
Step 1: Select a design package and create log-in.
Step 2: Fill the design specification and place the order.
Step 3: View and select a design concept.
Step 4: View design revisions.
Step 5: Approve the design and download the final files.
Step 6: Apply the logo design to build your business identity. This is an optional but recommended step.

How do I check my order status?

Bring up our website and click on the My Account link. Log in to our secure website and you will see your order status.


How will I get my final design?

Once you approve the design and request to download the final files, we will email you the link when the design files are ready. Following the link in the email, you will be able to download the final files immediately by login to your account at our website.

You may download the file as many times as you want. You may also request to have those design files saved to a CD and mailed to you. This is a free service for mailing within the US. It is subject to a service fee for mailing to places other than the US.


What file formats will I receive?

Depending on which design package you order, we will provide you the design files with the following formats:

What is your refund policy?

Do I own the rights to my designs?

Yes, you own the rights to the approved final design. The only right we retain is the right to display the design in our sample gallery and in our promotional materials to demonstrate our design works. You may trademark or register your design artwork as you wish.


Can you re-work an existing logo?

Yes. We can re-draw, update, or clean up an existing logo. The re-worked logo will also have the JPG, AI, PSD, GIF formats and various colors. Just select Quote link to get a quick quote from us or simply give us a call. Normally we can redo your logo in 24 to 48 hours, depending on how complicated the logo is.

When you ask us to rework your logo design, you will be solely responsible for trademark or copyright related issues.


What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All packages require 100% payment before design work begins.


Is my payment information secured?

Your payment information is processed on the secured website which is protected by 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology. We do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is securely protected.


What are the benefits to order the Business Identity Package?

Our Business Identity package is a powerful marketing tool to help you build your business image successfully. The package includes creating a unique logo for your business and applying the unique theme consistently through out your company’s Stationery, Website, and Brochures (marketing materials).

What is the design process for the Business Identity Package?

We will work on the logo design first. Once the logo design is approved, our design experts will then proceed with stationery design. Once the stationery design is approved, we will start the website design. Once the website design is approved, we will work on the brochure (marketing materials) design.

The reason why the design process follows this particular order is we want to maintain the image consistency through all designs. The process works effectively and saves time from unnecessary revisions.


How long does it take to complete the Business Identity designs Identity Package?

It varies greatly from business to business. It depends on how many revisions occur and how quickly you get the information back to us during the design process. From our past experience, it normally takes about 3 - 6 weeks. The rule of thumb is the quicker you provide us with the information we need, the sooner the design can be finished.


What is included in the Up-N-Run Website Design packages?

Our Up-N-Run website design packages are for content only, informational web pages. They do not have a database, shopping cart or e-commerce functions involved. The most common informational web pages are Home, About Us, Contact Us, Policy & Terms, and FAQ pages. Our design experts will help you create attractive web presentation.

From these design packages, you may choose to get mouse-over, links to other pages, a map and link to MapQuest for Contact Us page.

The Up-N-Running service includes one-year domain name registration, one-year website hosting service and initial website set-up. This service will guarantee your informational website up and running in the first year. We offer the monthly service plan after the first year and no contract is needed.

If you need a website with e-commerce functions such as shopping cart, scheduling, online dynamic forms, email notification, or product sorting and searching, we can accomplish your needs with additional charges. Please email us or submit your project online, we will go over the details with you and give you a free quote for your custom website.


What if I am not sure about how many web pages I need for my website?

If you are not sure how many web pages you need for your website, please give us a call at 1.800.919.6548 to talk to our Project Manager. Or, email us your needs and one of our Project Managers will get in touch with you.

Once we understand your needs, we will give you a free quote to let you know how many web pages you may need and what the charge will be.

Thus, you can customize the website to your business needs.


What if I do not see any design packages that meet my design needs?

That is not a problem at all. Please contact us and our Design Project Manager will listen to your needs and discuss every detail with you. We will get you a quote to meet your special design needs.
